On December 19, 2023, the 100 Black Men of Syracuse Inc., a valued client of Higher Learning Network Inc., organized a College Tour Trip for juniors and seniors from The Eagle Academy for Young Men of Harlem. This enriching experience is part of the organization’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the quality of life in the Greater Syracuse Community through education, mentorship, and service.
Since its founding in 2007, 100 Black Men of Syracuse has dedicated itself to fostering educational opportunities and mentorship programs aimed at empowering youth. This recent college tour is a testament to their continuous efforts in preparing young men for academic and professional success.
The tour provided students from The Eagle Academy with a unique opportunity to explore various college campuses, engage with college students and faculty, and gain firsthand insights into college life. Such experiences are invaluable in helping students make informed decisions about their higher education paths and future careers.
“We are thrilled to host these young men from The Eagle Academy and provide them with a glimpse of what their future could hold,” said a representative from 100 Black Men of Syracuse. “Our goal is to inspire and motivate them to pursue higher education and realize their full potential.”
